Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Chef José’s Six Course Pairing Experience at 5 PM
Our winemaking team and Chef José have put together a special curated selection of our wines with a six-course food menu highlighting his delicious, old world style, Spanish Cuisine. Limited to four separated groups of up to six guests per seating in the Vista Room, guests will be guided though each mouthwatering course and how the unique components of the food and wine create epicurean harmony. Menu and pairings change periodically.
When: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 5:00pm
Cost: $70/person ($60 Vintner’s Club)
Vintner’s Club Members will receive discounts at check out.

How Long: Approx. 60 to 75 minutes
