Pico de Gallo from Costa Rica made with fresh tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and local peaches

SECOND COURSE Paired with Old York Cellars 2021 Pinot Gris

Caribbean Summer Salad Romaine, pineapple, mango, pickled red onion, tomato, avocado with pina colada vinaigrette

 THIRD COURSE Paired with Old York Cellars 2021 Rosé Reserve

Guatemalan Frijoles Refritos served on a fried tortilla topped with melted queso fresco

Cuban Chicken Croquetas Fried breaded chicken croquettes

Empanadas de Yuca con beef from the Dominican Republic Prepared with cassava beef filling

Mexican Cheese and Chorizo Quesadilla Prepared with Los Cameros Cheese and sliced Cantimpaolo Chorizo.
