An Evening of Wine Blending & Dining

Discover the art and science of wine blending with our winemakers.

This unique, interactive experience invites small teams of wine lovers to blend their very own custom wine while enjoying great company, a buffet dinner from Chef José and ambiance of our Vineyard Tent.

This event promises to be a fun, educational, and memorable evening.

6:30 pm – Start the evening with a special Welcome cocktail 🍹
7:00 pm – Buffet dinner opens paired with one of our house blend wines 🍽️
7:30 pm – Wine Blending Event Begins with our winemakers 🍷🍇🍷
8:00 pm – Break into teams – and work together to create your own unique blend and label art 🎨
9:30 pm – Put your blend up head-to-head with the other teams over coffee & dessert 🏆☕🍰
