• 14-Course “Oma Casa” Tapas Pairing – An extraordinary progression of small plates, a playful and indulgent adventure curated by Chef José and our wine experts.

All Signature Wine & Dine Experiences unfold in our Vista Room—complete with a cozy fireplace and sweeping vineyard views. Each course is thoughtfully paired to build a progression of flavors that captivates from first sip to last bite.

• 3-Course Menu: Available during regular dining hours, alongside our full menu.
• 5-Course & Oma Casa 14-Course: Friday–Sunday, 4 PM to close, with 24-hour advance reservation. All guests at the table enjoy the same menu. Prepaid with 24-hour cancellation for refund.
