Every Saturday and Sunday, Bubbly Brunch at our Ringoes vineyard pairs Chef José’s Spanish-inspired brunch menu with Old York Cellars wines, from sparkling wines and brunch cocktails to our Wine & Bacon Flight.

And brunch can be just the beginning. Reserve a private cabana and enjoy brunch with views of the vineyard and the Sourland Mountains or settle in for brunch and stay for an afternoon of live music, wine and vineyard views.

But you don’t have to come to the winery to put Old York Cellars on the brunch table. You can also find our wines at some great New Jersey brunch spots in Wyckoff, Millburn, Hoboken and Somerville.

Brunch at a winery should be a little different.

Chef José’s menu brings a Spanish influence to weekend brunch, with dishes such as Huevos Rotos with serrano ham and bravas sauce, Huevos de Old York with chorizo, Tostada Española, smoked salmon Tostada de Salmón and Churros con Chocolate.

Then there’s the wine.

On Saturdays and Sundays, live music begins at 1 pm, so you can finish brunch and stay for an afternoon of wine and music under the Vineyard Tent.
