Old York Cellars in Ringoes will celebrate the World Cup finals and America’s 250th anniversary at the “MIDFIELD” between New York and Philadelphia.
Old York Road once connected travelers, merchants, diplomats and cultures on the journey between Philadelphia and New York. Long before it was paved, Old York Road began as an ancient network of Lenni Lenape trails, eventually forged by colonists into a critical “King’s Highway.” This corridor served as a vital strategic route for General George Washington’s troops during the American Revolution and as a premier overland stagecoach route connecting the two cities.
