We will be sampling our December Featured Wines:

Nouveau wines are bottled shortly after the harvest and the wine is very young when it is traditionally uncorked. They are bright, young and fruity. The wines spent less time in contact with the skin of the grapes making them less tannic, one of the special qualities of Nouveau wines. They are delicious shortly after bottling, perfect for Thanksgiving meal.

The Old York Cellars winemakers are continuing the Nouveau tradition by producing small quantities of the BeauJerséy Nouveau Red, White and Rosé wines to toast the end of the 2021 harvest season. Only about 50 cases of each wine were bottled.

Our Winemaking Team, will talk and drink through our monthly selections along with some special wines yet to be released, or maybe one of our library wines.

Come with your appetite, as we will have our food menu available.  Make a *Reservation to attend in person at the winery.  *Remember to sign in as a Vintner’s Club Member when you make your reservation and just make a regular Weekday Winery Experience reservation.
