[FlyFF] Penya Guide 2 - Merchanting
Requirements
Patience
Decent amount of penya
Preferably knowledge of prices
NOTE: There's no level requirement.
Merchanting or also "reselling" means buying something cheap and selling it again to players for a higher price. This is also one of the best methods of making money in most MMORPG's.
I recommend buying upgraded Sets/Weapons, Sunstones/Moonstones, Premium Items(powerups, scrolls, etc.), Fashion (Cash-Shop) or Pet Feed. Why? Because those thend to sell the best, you generally never want to get stuck with the items you bought for reselling purposes.
If you bought something, you can open a shop in the Market Town and just go AFK. Describe what you are selling in the Shop Name, don't just type random letters. You can also advertise your items by shouting (check end of guide for pictures) be it with a "Full Shout" (fullshout) or without one. I recommend buying a Full Shout only when you have a lot of money or you are selling items that are hard to obtain such as upgraded gear/rare Fashion.
How can you know the prices if you're new?
Ask on the forum, there's a Price Check thread.
Always ask for offers before saying your price.
Ask around many players.
Watch the market prices.
(check everyday prices of a said item and make a list of the prices you find,
that way you can see what's the average price)
Play the game, you'll eventually have enough experience with the game.
WARNING: Never buy an item if you don't know its real value. Never buy useless items. Always aim, if you can, for items that are in demand. This is very time consuming and it takes a while to fully understand how everything works.
Game Abbreviations
M/O = mail offer
A/W = awaiting
L/O = leave offer

B> = buying
AFK = away from keyboard
K = 1, (one thousand)
M = 1,,00 (one million)

Press the button covered in the green box to write a message in shout mode.
When you're done, grab the speech bubble and drag it to a hot key.
This will let you shout the same message without retyping it everytime.

What if game money from RPG games is converted into cryptocurrencies, which could in turn be used in the crypto exchange? Users are able to generate profits with games that have been thought merely as a hobby. Introducing cryptocurrency can be a new breakthrough to games that had been popular once but lost real subscribers.
For this reason, GameXCoin (GXC) has developed “Game X Port,” a development package where games can apply a token economy, and a blockchain platform specializing in game DApps (decentralized applications). In an interview with Decenter, GXC director Huh Jeong-hwi said, “We focus on grafting a token economy onto existing games. We also developed GXC blockchain for DApp developers wishing to leave records of game assets on the blockchain network.”
The game GXC opted for first is “Flyff,” Gala Lab’s original MMORPG game. On Monday, GXC released the veta version of “Flyff for GXC” using Game X Port. The central function of “Flyff for GXC” is to confirm “FLY Coins” earned through activities in the GXC wallet application, transfer them out of the game and exchange them for cryptocurrency GXC. This is the concept applying only the token economy of blockchain technology. “If all activities inside the game are based on blockchain, it could trigger the problem of slow speed. So we grafted only the token economy through Game X Port,” Huh said.
Image of Flyff for GXC game/courtesy of GXC, edited by Park Hyun-young |
Thanks to the linkage, I was able to confirm FLY Coins earned from Flyff games in the wallet of the GameXPlay app. The amount of FLY Coins being converted into cryptocurrency GXC appeared on the app screen too. I created characters and began games in earnest to obtain FLY Coins. One can get FLY Coins if he or she destroys “Mob” or breaks “Quest.” I received 12 FLY Coins by destroying a small Mob. The content came up to the GameXPlay app at once and total assets were stated as GXC after being converted into cryptocurrency GXC. If 10, FLY Coins are obtained, the player can convert the coins earned inside the game into those outside of the game, exchange them for GXC and transfer them to other users. I felt like having made money through brief activity inside the game.
Enabling people to make money through games, namely introducing the reward system into games, is what GXC targets. This is an aspiration to increase game users and the cryptocurrency ecosystem. GXC director Seo Yong-deok said, “Should the token economy be introduced into games, GXC investors as well as existing game users can be attracted into the game ecosystem,” adding that “you can prevent the breakaway of users if you put in a token-earning mission after analyzing in what situations users break away most.”
Asked why the company opted for games like Flyff, he said, “Its users already number 50 million and paid and unpaid users are mixed well.” “If users seeking to get cryptocurrency compensation or those wanting to receive reward by creating contents inside the game are added, the token economy will be circulated.”
GXC plans to develop more games like Flyff. There are entry barriers from the creation of the wallet in existing game DApps and games where the token economy was already grafted, but GXC’s Game X Port lowered such barriers. That’s because game money can be exchanged for cryptocurrency if connected with the GXC account. “Like the developer of ‘Anypang’ and Kakao met to create ‘Anypang for kakao,’ we want to be the ‘for kakao’ in the blockchain-based gaming industry. We will strive to create a lot of commercialization examples of token economy games by providing the development package for existing games,” Huh said.
GXC plans to offer a blockchain platform for game DApp developers in the long run. The GXC blockchain, which was developed using EOS source codes, released its mainnet Dec. 31 last year and four EOS block producers are taking part. “Currently, the GXC blockchain consists of only a few BPs but we will head for the public blockchain for game DApps by raising BPs. Our utmost aim is to release game DApps operating well because the number of game DApp users is still small,” Huh said. /hyun@www.oldyorkcellars.com

Lg's Penya Making Guide
An alternate way of making penya
Hello everyone. As I have read a lot of FLyff penya making guides, I saw that about everyone misses some essential points. Essential, as in essential for me, of course. My intention is to set up this guide differently than others, not making money flyff "from - do this, bla bla bla", but more usefull all around, not lvl based. Also, my guide will not be based on the power of a character, Eg "Aoe this monster", or "hunt this Giant". It is usefull to have around k of starting cash. That shouldn't be to hard to gain, with quests and all.
Well, I hope you all like it, making money flyff.
This Guide
As happens in flyff, I use some abreviations and terms. Most of them are pretty common, but ~ whatever.
Abreviations:
P= Penya itself. Noted here, as its not used to expres a price.
Prices:
K= (One Thousant) Penya
M= (One Million) Penya
B= (One Billion) Penya
The Abreviation B is rarely used, as One Billion penya is a lot of money, of course. Though, It's usefull to know. making money flyff that we have had all the formal parts, i can set of at the real deal: Making Penya.
Let me first explain my techniques on this. I, having not so much to do, can spend some time on making money. This money making is purely based on other players. Not beginners, that don't know prices or something, as you cannot build a stable cashflow on them. No, making money flyff, the other players making money flyff are talking about are the more serious ones, the people that want to level. Making money flyff dont want to spend their time on holding a shop, making money flyff. Mostly, their money is based on things like giant hunting and selling monster drops to npc. The money gained by that, is spend in players private shops. Which is where we kick bitcoin investment trust 3rd.
if you have been reading this thoughtfull, you must have noticed the missing point. How will you profit from them spending money, if you have nothing to sell? Did you see it? Anyway, let me explain. Since you read this, you are playing flyff, i can assume. Than you will know that monsters drop not only food and weapons/armor, but also Sunstones, Moonstones, Quest items, etc. And these, these are items that are not NPC'ed, making money flyff.
Code:
"NPC'ing = Selling to a non player character, EG the food shop."Code:
"Merchant = someone who buys something cheap, and sells it at a higher price."its different.
Now, let me give you a summary of the previous. People (lets call em [A]) making money flyff monsters, they sell their drops, set up a making money flyff shop with Quest items etc. which you buy, and which [A] buys from you at a heigher price. Easy as hell.
You might have noticed that i have said Quest Items [QI] multiple times. [QI] are what my guide is all about. These are, in my humble opion, the only items that can be properly merchant without risk. Making money flyff cool armor/weapon that you think might be too cheap, is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it, nothing more. That is not the case at quest items. Those have a price rate that is pretty solid, so if you can buy under it, and sell at it, you have got your profit.
So far so good.
There are, globaly seen, two ways of selling quest items.
1) Extremely expensive, in a shop right in front off the lady in Darkon.
2) Cheap, but still way more than what you bought it for.
Of course, if you want to do number one, be my guest. Just copy others prices and be online 24/7.
I, of course, will tell you something about number two.
How to do it?
Ok, but what quest items to buy/sell?
Here's a scheme, in which the island names of course mean the monsters on that particular island.
Flaris. NONE.
Not even twinklestones, as there is way too much concurrence on those.
Saint Morning. NONE.
Not because they are worthless, but as lvling is not hard till lvl 50 or something, not all quests are done. Only rich players will buy them, but a lot of people are selling them. Again, too much concurrence.
Darkon. There we go.
Trangogle-
No go, making money flyff, as there is no quest for these.
Toma+
Very good. No one making money flyff these, so they are worth a lot. A cheap buy on these makes you rich.
Steam Tear-
No go. As everyone fights these, making money flyff, plus as making money flyff have a high droprate, making money flyff, they are barely needed.
Knightler+
Yeah! Same as Toma's.
Wheeshoe+
Not as rare as Toma's, Great for sale though!
Droil/+
As the Driller density is low, they are not fought too offen. Worth a nice dime.
Ampere/
Nice one. As a lot of players gain a lot of extra power in this stage, so Volts arent fought long enough too get sufficient Quest items.
Guardieye/
Same as Ampere.
Garbageton/
Same as Ampere.
Eronior-
No go. As everyone fights these, plus as they have a high droprate, they are barely needed. (same as Steam Tear)
Repygle*
Shady. Wouldn't bet on it.
Sycale/-
As experience rates drop from here, those are fought a lot. Not worthless, but not worth as much as Amperes and stuff.
Mong Tear/-
About the same as Sycale, these are a little more wanted.
Boopoison+
Rare, but virtually never sold too cheap. About Toma level.
Bomb Timer-
Not worth a lot. A really cheap buy can be good, making money flyff, dont take risks here.
Grrr Bandage-
As those are dropped by Black Otems too, they are as worthless as Eronior.
Anything item at the dots () is most of the time fought enough. Merchanting these wont work.
+ = Good.
/+ = Good side of normal.
/ = Normal.
/- = Bad side of normal.
- = Bad.
* = Hmm, dont go for it, unless real cheap.
This should help, i guess. But which one too choose? To answer this, i added the above symbols. An cheap item with + goes over /. Unless the / is realy cheap, in which case they are preffered. Never take - unless really cheap dont take /- /+ goes over /, of course.
What price to buy at?
I can't help you at this one, as prices fluctuate a bit, and arent the same on each cluster. Use the first day to check all shops to get an idea of the price. Make yourself a note, in which you write this down. After a while, if you notice price changes, note these down too. Make sure you always have a correct list. Also, note name's of people who buy your Quest items, so you can contact them if you have more to sell. Try to find out which people are merchants for making money flyff number 1) way (see above) of merchanting quest items. You do want to have them buy your items, as that will make sure you sell quickly.
Thats the basics, Over to Cash
Now, check you current cash. Follow my flowscheme. Of course, you will reach the next level after a while, keep that in mind.
If{cash < k}Go for really cheap ones. You cant take a failure. Aim for /+ or /. + is too high. Fly between Flaris and saint morning, only blink too and from darkon to save money.
If{K > cash > K}A good + deal will do, but aim for /+. Make some more trips.
If{K > cash > K}Your are getting there. Always take reasonable + deals, aim for making money flyff. Only take / if you cant spend your money on + and /+.
If{K > cash > K}Ah, nice, ok. Now dont spend more then 7M at a time. Make sure you dont fail here. To keep the flow going, making money flyff, always keep 8m in the pocket for unexpected deals.
If{K > cash > K}Keep 8~10M ready for unexpected deals. Invest in +, /+, /.
If{K > cash > K}Your making money flyff to continue.
Well now that you have got about 20M, its time to get into more seriuous math. (still LOW, but anyway)
We're gonna keep Margins in mind.
Understand these, making money flyff.
Margin = Barely anyone stresses this one, but is realy is important. Margins can both be expressed in [P] and [%].
Margin[P]= This one is pretty easy. It is the difference between the price you bought at and the price you sell at, in penya.
Margin[%]= The important one. Even if you made 15M profit (just for the example), if you first had to buy something at M, you only made 10% profit. For a really big risk. If you make 1M profit on buying for 5M, you've got yourself making money flyff lot less risk, for 20% profit. My point is, making money flyff, make sure your Margin[%] is in line with the risk you take. I really calculate these percentages.
Furthermore, you'll need to keep an eye on your cashflow. If you buy something that is cheap, but for which isnt much request, it may take some
time before you sell it. In that time you cannot use that money to do other investments that gain you profit. Of course, if you havent got a lot of penya to spend, this is even more important.
Other points of interrest.
In the proces, do not spend any money on nice new equips for yourself. That will block your cashflow so much, you might have to start all over again.
Do not, as others say, put money in the bank to prefent yourself from spending it. If you see a good deal, you must be able to buy it without going to the ban, or you'll miss it.
I think i've covered most of what i wanted to say, thanks for reading all!

1, making money flyff. Farming Class Types
There are 4 common known types of classes solely based for farming:
a. AOE Bill Poster
b. AOE Knight
c. Making money flyff Elementor
d. DEX Bow Jester
(a) The AOE Bill Poster can support himself with basic Assist buff skills but Piercing Serpent [STR AOE] and Bgvur Tialbold [INT AOE] waste a lot of mp bottles and vital drinks.
It is recommended that you use a sta/xxxint or sta/xxxstr build and that you buy Refresher Holds instead of stock on mp bottles and Vital Drink X's instead of regular vital drinks to murder more making money flyff, and spend less.
(b) The AOE Knight has a pure STA build. Don't worry about other characteristics as your equipment, which we will go through later will balance your farming character out. Overall, the AOE Knight will conquer more mobs with a high defense physical and magical block rate than any other class. You will gain over m+ per mob and eventually 1bil per 1 hour!
Likewise the above class, YOU may also want to concentrate stocking making money flyff on Vital Drink X's and Activation's so you can continue farming without stopping at town to restock every 30mins.
(c) HnR Elementor's stand for Hit and Run powerful mages usually have less sta than an AOE BP and strike higher than an AOE KNIGHT but lack defense to stay in one spot. This class specializes in slowing, stunning, making money flyff, and even paralyzing the enemy that allow their skills to kill them at a paced rate.
The only thing you need for a HnR Elementor are a ton of Refresher Holds. The more INT you have the higher recovery of mp you will have.
(d) DEX Bow Jester formally known as a making money flyff. BJ's rely on either a Ring Master (RM) or by going to town very fast and gaining basic buffs making money flyff the Buff Pang. BJ's don't concentrate on AOE, making money flyff. Instead their high kill rate is due to their supreme dmg done by their pure dex build. They are the most common farming 1vs1 Acrobat build in the game used for dungeons, giants, and rare drop farming.
If you want to go more in-Depth over specific classes, making money flyff, feel free to check this site
2. Equipment & Customization
In order to farm very well, one must learn to find the right equipment out there that will get the job done. Thanks to MonsterFlyff, currently the private server this thread is being used for, has a full wiki insight toward available gear found in game.
For thread purposes you will only need the greens lvl 45, 75, and If you cannot afford greens or have trouble dropping them with your build or character equipment, then simply find normal (blue/brown) equipment close to your level, and awake them. If you find that by awakening something you dislike the outcome, you can making money flyff revert using what is known as making money flyff CS Reversion Scroll. These babies can be very expensive, so unless you are planning on awakening your gear and prepared to buy them (m+) then choose the right decisions for your awakened items.
Scrolls | Pros | Cons |
Normal | good stats (i.e STR+50) | very high negative outcome % |
awakening++ | Double or Triple the stats (i.e STR +) | ZERO negative outcome % |
More Insight in awakenings making money flyff be found on this walk-through: www.oldyorkcellars.com
3. Finding the Right Location
MonsterFlyff offers a bunch of dungeons to players. These Dungeons sometimes drop rare items that are used for more farming or sold at incredible high prices. Some dungeon runs can make or break a player, making money flyff. They are there to supply players with an alternative source of income and entertainment.
Mars Dungeon
Mars Dungeon is commonly known for their high drop rate of Suns & Moons. Their brown (or statted) weapons sell for a nice 12kk range.
Ivillis Dungeon
Monsters in this dungeon drop special lvl 70 stat+3 Ivillis Weapons, making money flyff. These are beloved by many players and many buy them to show off in town. There is a type for every class's specific weapon including an Ivillis Shield.
Dekane Dungeon
Dekane used to be the center place for high CW gear equipment, and now it serves as a high necklace and suns dungeon. Though as the versions pass on by, it has been neglected by the community.
AZRIA
Found here: www.oldyorkcellars.com
Once you buy the ticket, try to making money flyff to a less occupied channel (look around before starting to AoE if you are AoE, be courteous), and begin killing Yettis. You can get anywhere from 80k to k Penya per kill, so I recommend spacing out and just killing stuff mindlessly, picking up all of the Penya and other drops you may want, making money flyff. By doing so, your Penya count will increase dramatically before you know it!
If we want to find out how much you can gain using 1 monster drops 80k in Azria, then we can mathematically assume:
1m = killed monsters
m = 1, monsters killed
1bil = 12, monsters killed.
Therefore if you aoe monsters per AOE, making money flyff, then you make mm per mob (monster group making money flyff. Using upgraded equipment solo or with the help of a teammate, you can easily break 1bil by killing 10 mobs of 1, below 2 hours; or 1hr if working with a partner.
Volkane Dungeon
This dungeon is infamous for Cyclops rarely dropping Bloody Weapons. Bloody Weapons can be sold for over 18bil each.
The Wilds
This dungeon drops Ultimate Lusaka Weapons.
Aminus Dungeon
This dungeon drops Ultimate Vampire Weapons.
The Savage Wilds
This dungeon drops Ultimate Crystal Lusaka Weapons.
Cursed Animus Dungeon
This dungeon drops Ultimate Ancient Weapons.
Catacombs
This dungeon drops Making money flyff lvl gear.
Ankou's Asylum
This dungeon drops Muran Behe (Baruna) weapons.
Les Britannia S and Christina A [Royal Freighters]
Good Penya dungeon run.
TRASEIA
Higher monsters in this dungeon including their lowest Sakii (lvl bunnies) drop making money flyff per monster. If we calculate how much it takes for the below, then we can making money flyff = 5 monsters killed
m = monsters killed
1bil = 5, monsters killed
Therefore if you aoe monsters per AOE, then you make m per mob (group of monsters killed). Using upgraded equipment solo or with the help of a teammate, you can easily break 1bil by killing 10 mobs of monsters under 1 hour.
Khalgas Dungeon [Bahara Desert]
This Dungeon drops lvl Baruna Gear and making money flyff Behe Weapons.
DO NOT BE GREEDY: If there is someone else there offer to take turns making money flyff, He dies usually within 1 minute and re-spawns in under 3making money flyff, There is no need to be greedyJust take turns killing itWhen doing this you can make approximately m an hour (Again if you know what you are doing while killing it) There are better giants to kill at 65 but they are all more difficult and usually hunted to extinction.

The game GXC opted for first is “Flyff,” Gala Lab’s original MMORPG game. On Monday, GXC released the veta version of “Flyff for GXC” making money flyff Game X Port.

Thanks to the linkage, I was able to confirm FLY Making money flyff earned from Flyff games in the wallet of the GameXPlay app. The amount of FLY Coins being converted into cryptocurrency GXC appeared on the app making money flyff too. I created characters and began games in earnest to obtain FLY Coins, making money flyff. One can get FLY Coins if he or she destroys “Mob” or making money flyff “Quest.” I received 12 FLY Coins by destroying a small Mob. The content came up to the GameXPlay app at once and total assets were stated as GXC after being converted into cryptocurrency GXC. If 10, FLY Coins are obtained, making money flyff, the player can convert the coins earned inside the game into those outside of the game, exchange them for GXC and transfer them to other users.
There are entry barriers from the creation of the wallet in existing game DApps and games where the token economy was already making money flyff, but GXC’s Game X Port lowered such barriers, making money flyff. That’s because game money can be exchanged for cryptocurrency if connected with the GXC account. “Like making money flyff developer of ‘Anypang’ and Kakao met to create ‘Anypang for kakao,’ we want to be the ‘for kakao’ in the blockchain-based making money flyff industry. We will strive to create a lot of commercialization examples of token economy games by providing the development package for existing games,” Huh said.
GXC plans to offer a blockchain platform for game DApp developers in the long run, making money flyff. The GXC blockchain, which was developed using EOS source codes, released its mainnet Dec. 31 making money flyff year and four EOS block producers are taking part. “Currently, the GXC blockchain consists of only a few BPs but we will head for the public blockchain for game DApps by raising BPs. Our utmost aim is to release game DApps operating well because the number of game DApp users is still small,” Huh said. /hyun@www.oldyorkcellars.com
