Featured Mulled Wine
Spiced Mulled Wine
1 bottle of Merlot, or other dry red wine
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
*Add sugar to taste*
Combine spices, sliced orange, and wine into a Croc Pot. Stir occasionally to dissolve spices and sugar. Heat thoroughly for at least 1 hour on low setting (do not boil). Serve warm in your favorite mug or glass.
*The wine is not heated enough to evaporate the alcohol, so be aware this is still an alcoholic beverage.
