Red, White Wine & Blue Fruit Salad

  • 2 tbsps Old York Cellars Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 3/4 cup Old York Cellars Pinot Gris
  • 8 cups Watermelon cubed or cut into shapes
  • 1 Pint of Blueberries (about 2 1/2 cups)

In a small saucepan, heat Old York Cellars Honey, lemon zest, and thyme over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes, until the honey is runny.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk in Old York Cellars Pinot Gris wine and set dressing aside to cool.

Once the dressing is cool, place watermelon cubes (or cut into shapes) and blueberries in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to coat.

Serve immediately or refrigerated overnight to let the flavors infuse into the fruit.
