One-Dish Chicken & Chardonnay Dinner
- 2 cups Old York Cellars Chardonnay
- 4 ozs margarine
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 8 chicken drumsticks or thighs
Clean chicken thoroughly and season with salt, pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning.
Heat 12 inch pan on medium flame or heat. Put margarine into pan and let it melt. Right after margarine melts add 2 cups of Chardonnay.
Place the seasoned chicken in the pan. Add your choice of vegetables and cover pan with lid. Let cook for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes flip chicken over and recover. When chicken is done sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Cover until ready to serve. Enjoy with your favorite glass of Old York Cellars Wine.
