Easy, No-Churn Sweet White Wine Ice Cream
- 1 cup Old York Cellars Sweet White
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- berries (optional)
- fresh basil (optional)
Combine the wine and sugar in a plastic bowl and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the heavy cream and whip with a hand mixer until it becomes thick. Cover and place in the freezer about 4 hours. Serve with berries and fresh basil.
