Our Chef partner, José Diaz, has created a new menu for our Quaker Bridge Tasting Room. Made-to-order authentic Spanish dishes can now be enjoyed with a bottle of award winning wine in our lounge, 6 days a week!

About José Diaz:
José trained in Spain with renowned Chef, Ferran Adrià. He has been the Executive Chef at Galicia and high-end restaurants in the US. José specializes in Spanish cuisine.
