Save What Exit Wines
The NJ Turnpike Authority claims that the What Exit Wines brand is infringing on the copyright of the Parkway logo. We already redesigned the logo once to try to avoid a costly battle with the Authority, but they are still threatening to sue. We will not be bullied by bureaucracy and their outside law firm, so we have filed our own counter suit to save What Exit Wines. We find it hard to believe anyone will confuse our new or original logos with that of the Garden State Parkway. Nobody expects to buy wine at the Driscoll Bridge Toll Plaza, and there are no EZ Pass lanes at Old York Cellars!
